Before founding Honoured Consult, Mr Samuel spent eight years as a school teacher before moving into international student recruitment in January 2020. Over five years in the industry, he helped more than 150 students take the step to study abroad.

What stood out was how often students had the academic ability and ambition — but the process itself was confusing. Too many decisions about countries, programmes, requirements, documents and visas, without the right guidance.

That experience led to Honoured Consult: a consultancy that genuinely puts the student at the centre, providing honest guidance and making the journey feel less overwhelming. Honoured Consult began operations in January 2025 and was registered with the CAC on 8 March 2025.
